Plainfield is a prosperous and bustling Village, located 35 miles southwest of Chicago, with a population of 37,334 residents. Easily accessible, the Village is close to several interstates and state highways.

The letters for the HOA annual dues have all been mailed. As a reminder annual payments that have not been received by 6/30/13 will be assessed a late fee as stated in your bi-laws.

Also, if anyone owns or knows someone who owns a business in landscaping or lawn fertilizing please send an email to info@summerfieldplfd.com. We are also looking for anyone who is or who knows an attorney. We would like to utilize the individuals who own businesses and live in Summerfield subdivision an opportunity to bid on any future landscaping and lawn fertilizing jobs for next year.
