Upcoming Events

We are holding elections for the Summerfield Homeowner’s Association Board which will take place at the next meeting being held at the Joliet Public Library Black Road Branch on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at 7:00 p.m.

There are three (3) positions up for election. Each position is for two (2) years beginning January 1, 2012.
Homeowner association fees must be in good standing to vote. Only one (1) vote per household.

Ballots may be cast in person at the meeting or by proxy. A proxy ballot must be signed by the homeowner and witnessed by two (2) current board members so arrangements can be made to deliver and witness a proxy ballot. The proxy voter must be present at the meeting. To request a proxy ballot please contact the Summerfield Homeowner’s Association at info@summerfieldplfd.com. Please be sure to provide your contact information (i.e. address and/or phone number) so arrangements can be made to deliver a proxy ballot.

The following candidates are running for election.

Treasurer: Pat Cronin
Board Member: Ken Gibson

Vote for One (1)
Secretary: Mary Sollitt
Secretary: Dean Chiapetta

*Optional: Write-In Candidates
